Government suppliers
The terms and conditions included in government-related solicitations and purchase orders issued by MLL can vary according to which government customer is paying for the material or service. Orders in support of a prime government contract may have Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Department of Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) flown down to suppliers. The full text of FAR and DFARS clauses that are included in MLL terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://www.arnet.gov/far.
Suppliers must review individual solicitations or purchase orders for specific terms and conditions that apply to that order. By acceptance of the order, and unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the seller accepts the terms and conditions of the order, including those provided by reference.
