U.S. Flag Transportation Services

With a total of 24 container ships, MLL owns the largest U.S. commercial flag fleet in international trades. Our vessels provide unmatched flexibility and capacity to transport cargo for government and commercial customers anywhere in the world.

To request rates and book containerized cargo with our U.S. flag fleet, please check our routes and schedules and contact our sales team to assist with your current and future needs.

Chartering Services

Our multi-purpose and tanker vessels are available for time and voyage charters for any destinations. In addition to our U.S. flag ships, we can access the market to locate and charter the most suitable ships based on customers’ requirements.

Other Services

For all other services to include ship operations, crewing and maritime technical services, our U.S. government customers can access our services through our SeaPort-e or our partners’ contract vehicles. With over 27 years of experience working with the U.S. government, we know how to generate direct contracts and leverage our partnerships to give our customers access to any of our services.

SeaPort-e contract

SeaPort-e is the U.S. Navy's contract vehicle-of-choice to procure services in 22 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Leveraging its electronic platform, SeaPort-e enables the Navy to rapidly procure services and focus on improving mission performance, quality, and standardization.

MLL is a subcontractor to L-3 Titan, who has been awarded as the prime, a contract for "Development of Seabasing Concepts" by the Naval Surface Warfare Center. MLL’s role will be to provide technical engineering and consulting services in the areas of at-sea material handling and Seabasing Support operations with respect to Seabasing. Particular emphasis will be on developing concepts and advanced development of promising technologies to support Seabasing.
